This guy was amazing. He carefully prepared his plan in detail. He was also cold, cruel, ruthless, patient, and organized. He managed to turn people against each other and built a certain image of him.

He was also very strong (he defeated Luffy twice). I also liked another part of his character. When the Straw Hats were imprisoned or when the bomb was prepared, he never took stupid risks. The keys were actually with him, they were not eaten by some creature. When they thought the cannon would not shoot, the bomb was ready to explode.

His plan to obtain Pluton made a lot of sense. Pluton was said to be an extremely powerful ancient weapon, legendary. Knowing he wasn’t the strongest man ever, this was a clever idea. He was no fool.
